Honoring Freud: A Tribute to the Father of Psychoanalysis



As part of our B.Ed program, we commemorated the death anniversary of Sigmund Freud, the father of psychoanalysis, under the guidance of our psychology teacher, Karthik Sir. The event was a meaningful tribute to Freud’s profound impact on the field of psychology and education.
After the official inauguration of the program a brief introduction to Freud’s life and contributions, highlighting his groundbreaking theories, such as the psychoanalytic model and the significance of the unconscious mind. Students presented speeches that showcased Freud’s influence on modern psychology and how his ideas remain relevant in understanding human behavior and learning.
Karthik Sir’s insightful guidance ensured that the session was both educational and engaging. The event concluded with a reflection on the enduring legacy of Freud, leaving us inspired to delve deeper into the complexities of the human mind and its influence on education.
