Onam Celebration: A Day of Joy and Tradition

Onam, the vibrant festival of Kerala, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy at our college. The day was a perfect blend of cultural pride and fun, bringing together students and faculty in a spirit of unity. The celebration began with the traditional Athapookalam, a beautiful floral arrangement that symbolized prosperity and harmony. Dressed in traditional Kerala attire, everyone participated in various cultural activities, including Thiruvathirakali, songs, and games. The highlight of the day was the Onasadya, a grand feast served on banana leaves, featuring an array of delicious traditional dishes.

The festival brought alive the spirit of Onam, fostering a sense of togetherness and respect for tradition. It was a day to cherish the rich cultural heritage of Kerala while creating memories that will last a lifetime.
